Lady Gaga-Fun, empowering, and over-the-top. They are the first adjectives that come to mind after listening to Lady Gaga's "Born This Way." Between lyrics empower gaga and heavy influence of the music club, the song managed to calm the fans and pop lovers everywhere who do not know what Gaga has up his sleeve meat for this highly anticipated single, which debuted early Friday morning (February 11).
At first listen, it sounds a lot like the 90's club song that can be drawn directly from the period of Madonna's "Vogue", complete with parts of the spoken-word rhythm. But after a closer listen, different voices gaga's make a song all his own.
Gaga singing in the middle of the song: "Do not drag, just to be a queen / Have you been bankrupt or spruce / You're black, white, beige, descendant Chola / You're Lebanese, you're Orient / Are disability life / When you are lost, suppressed or teasing / Rejoice, and to love yourself today Cause baby / 'you we are born like this / care about gay, straight, or bi / lesbian, transgender life / I'm on track baby, true / I was born to survive / It does not matter black, white or beige / Chola or the Orient made / I'm the baby, right track / I was born to be brave. "
After a big buildup and anticipation, the Grammy winner has released the first single off of his new album, a song not to be satisfied, discrimination, oppressed and those who just want to dance. Offering infectious beats and the lyrics less abstract, Gaga, and others - including Elton John - predict this may be a legendary song. Many said that the vote, and expressed the same sentiment, to beat Madonna "Express Yourself."
