The couple, who have a one-year-old son, Mason, together, are rumoured to be secretly engaged.
Fans of Kourtney and Kim Take New York are expected to see the proposal on the show, which airs in the U.S. on the E! network in April.
Kourtney, 31, and Scott,27, sought therapy last year after he was seen having a violent meltdown.
In scenes captured on Kourtney And Khloe Take Miami, he ended up in hospital after he punched through a mirror, cutting his hand so badly he needed surgery.
Kourtney initially fled with her son Mason and sister Kim to a hotel room and later left Miami with Mason and headed home to LA.
A source said at the time: 'Scott received outpatient rehab treatment and counselling for alcohol use and psychological issues after his Miami outburst.'
Despite pressure from her family, including her mother Kris and sister Khloe, to leave Scott, the pair eventually reconciled.
