Crystal Harris-(born April 29, 1986) is an English model and singer who is a Playboy Playmate of the Month in December 2009.
Harris British parents are entertainers, who worked in amusement park-themed British in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, now the location of the 19th century London Bridge. After birth, they returned to England, before returning to the United States and settled in San Diego, California, where he and two older sisters grew up.
Harris attended La Jolla High School and went to San Diego State University, majoring in psychology, where she began modeling. It was during this period that he came to the attention of Playboy organization.
Hugh Hefner met Harris in 2008 Halloween. He later appeared as "Co-Ed of the week" on Playboy.com magazine the week of October 30, 2008, under the name Crystal Carter. From the end of 2009 Harris has appeared in E! 'S The Girls Next Door.
In January 2009, she started dating Hugh Hefner, Shannon joined the Twins after the previous number one girlfriend Holly Madison, left him.
In April 2010, Harris signed a recording contract with Organica Music Group, the label run by producer Michael Blakey. Crystal Harris was first exposed to the entertainment industry through his late father, Ray Harris, who is a singer and songwriter.
Harris also appeared in an episode of The Hills in season 2.
On December 24, 2010, he became engaged to Hugh Hefner, to become his third wife.
