Selena Gomez new song and Scene. On Tuesday (8 March), teen star debuted her new song, "Who Says," during a visit to Ryan Seacrest's radio show. Jangly pop song is all about embracing who you are and do not let your critics get you down. A message posted on Tuesday Gomez Twitter page reads, "This is it! The world premiere @ SelenaGomez new single 'Who Says,'" and includes links to pages for Seacrest featuring streaming versions of songs.
